Applied management science to reorganize the IT section.Restructured the organization’s development team from a FREE REIN leadership to a more formal PARTICIPATIVE LEADERSHIP style. Then, created BUSINESS UNITS for the created packages – lead by the chief programmers.

Development Methodology:

- For internal development introduced the Xtreme (shared control) programming, using the

   cycle to code then test during the development cycle.

For external (bank client) development applied Waterfall methodology; creating first the business / technical document, after approval development started.

Controlled the HW/SW budget and spending.

The HW environment consisted Sun, Dell Servers in LAN environment.

The outside world connected via Firewall,Cisco router through leased line.

In three large project I was the project manager, business/systems analyst, tester.

Internal project:

• currencydealing.net / a virtual FX dealing platform/

• currencydealing.com /same as above for retail users/

• Genius pricing engine /developed for Ulster Bank, Ireland/

 

Applied design methodology: using UML (use cases, class collaboration, time sequences) in Rational Rose.
